  • Breakfast- Oatmeal made with goat milk instead of water
  • Lunch- Cheese, Apples, Nuts
  • Supper- Meatloaf, Gourmet Potatoes, Green Beans, Homemade Goat Milk Ice Cream

Tuesday

  • Breakfast- Eggs, Tennessee Fry Bread
  • Lunch- Cheese Tortillas
  • Supper- Leftovers from Monday

Wednesday

  • Breakfast- Mango Kiwi Smoothies
  • Lunch- Swiss Chard with Egg Salad
  • Supper- Baked Lemon Haddock, Rice Pilaf, Greens

Thursday

  • Breakfast- Egg and Veggie Scramble, Plums
  • Lunch- Celery and Peanut Butter or Homemade Goat Milk Cream Cheese
  • Supper- Roast, Mashed Turnips, Green Beans

Friday

  • Breakfast- Children’s Choice
  • Lunch- Leftover Roast Beef Sandwiches or salads
  • Supper- Leftover Quiche

Saturday

  • Breakfast- Apple Sauce Oatmeal Muffins, Bacon
  • Lunch- Apple Walnut Turkey Salad
  • Supper- Leftovers/Snacks
