Monday Menu from The Farm

Monday

  • Breakfast- Oatmeal (made with goat milk instead of water!), eggs
  • Lunch- Leftovers from Weekend (Apple Carrot Raisin Salad)
  • Supper- Beefy Jalapeno Corn Bake (Make two, one to eat and one to freeze), Green Beans, Greens, Mashed Turnips

Tuesday

  • Breakfast- Fried Oatmeal, fruit, eggs
  • Lunch- Cheese Tortillas
  • Supper-Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

Wednesday

  • Breakfast- Granola and Milk
  • Lunch- Fruit, Cheese, Nuts
  • Supper- Chili Rellenos, Spanish Rice (Make two one to eat and one for freezer)

Thursday

  • Breakfast- Ham and Eggs
  • Lunch- Apple and Carrot Salad, Milk
  • Supper- Leftovers from Wednesday

Friday

Saturday

  • Brunch- Muffins, Ham, Eggs
  • Lupper- Leftovers

Sunday

Leftovers from the week and/or something easy!
