Monday Menu from The Farm

We have LOTS of goat milk! I am trying to think of creative ways to use it without making so much cheese! I am saving for a cheese press and a cream separator so I can make harder cheeses and some butter. Anyway, I am making Rice pudding, vanilla pudding, and chocolate pudding this week. I may even try to make some pudding pops!

Monday

Breakfast- Egg and veggie scramble, goat milk

Lunch-Apple Walnut Turkey Salad

Supper- Roast, Mashed Cauliflower, Greens, Green Beans Rice Pudding for dessert

Tuesday

Breakfast- Granola and milk

Lunch- Cheese Tortillas, celery, carrots

Supper- Leftovers Quiche, Leftover Veggies from Monday night

Wednesday

Breakfast- Blue Corn Grits, Goat Milk, Eggs

Lunch- PB&J Tortillas

Supper- Pecan Crusted Salmon, Christiana Tavern’s Spoon Bread, Green Beans, New Potatoes from garden

Thursday

Breakfast- Oatmeal, Goat Milk

Lunch- Egg Salad Sandwiches

Supper- Salmon Patties with leftover Salmon from Wednesday, peas, leftover veggies from Wednesday, Pudding

Friday

Breakfast- Children’s Choice

Lunch- Farmhouse BBQ Muffins, Carrots, Celery

Supper- Homemade Pizzas

Saturday

Brunch- Oatmeal, Eggs, Bacon, Goat Milk

Lupper- Leftovers from the week

Sunday

Father’s Day! We are going out to eat for breakfast. We hope to spend Sunday afternoon with family in Ohio! Yay!
