Mashed Turnips Recipe

Ingredients:

Turnips (Peeled and chopped)

Water

Milk (varies according to consistency desired)

Salt, Pepper, and Butter to taste

Directions:

Cook turnips in water until soft. Drain water. Pour drained turnips into a mixing bowl. Beat on low speed while adding milk, salt, pepper, and butter to taste and consistency desired. Beat on high until desired consistency.
