Gluten Free Homemade Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

Crust:

2 cups gluten free flour

1/4 cup butter or oil

1 tsp. salt

1 tbs. baking powder

3/4-1 cup milk

Sauce: You can make your own or you can use canned pizza or spaghetti sauce. We also use ketchup, bbq sauce, alfredo sauce, or no sauce.

Toppings: Beef, sausage, onions, black olives, green peppers, tomatoes, cheese, etc. Use your favorite toppings.

Directions for crust: Mix flour, salt, butter, and baking powder to form fine crumbs. Gradually, add milk until a soft dough forms. Spread into a casserole dish or on a pizza pan or cookie sheet.

Other directions:

Pour sauce over crust and spread evenly. Top with favorite toppings!

Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown and cooked through and cheese is melted about 12-15 minutes.
