Ingredients:
Leftover Turkey (2-3 cups shredded or chopped)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4- 1/2 cup water
Lettuce
Cheese
Tomatoes
Corn Chips
Sour Cream
Black Olives
Any other favorite toppings
Directions:
In large skillet add the first seven ingredients. Cook until heated through. Serve with lettuce, corn chips, and your favorite toppings!
