Monday Menu from the Farm

We are expecting family next week so this menu is more of an outline as I am sure we will be eating out since we plan to go different places during the day with them. There are also restaurants we want to take them to as well, but I am not sure which days as it will depend on my husband’s work schedule.

Monday

Breakfast-Apple Oven Pancake, Sausage

Lunch-PB and Jelly Tacos, carrots, celery, goat milk

Supper- Southwestern Rice Dish, Marjoram Green Beans, Maple Carrots

Tuesday

Breakfast- Oatmeal,Sausage, Eggs

Lunch- Turkey and Cheese Tortillas, Salad

Supper- Ham, Cornbread Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Blackberry Crisp

Wednesday

Breakfast- Blue Corn Grits, Bacon

Lunch- Egg Salad Sandwiches (use previously frozen bread), Celery, Carrots

Supper- Pecan Encrusted Salmon, Gourmet Potatoes, Greens, Rice Pilaf, Brownies

Thursday

Breakfast- Apple Sauce Oatmeal Muffins, Eggs, Fruit Salad

Lunch- Leftovers from earlier in week

Supper-Spaghetti Casserole, Salad, Garlic, Herb, and Cheese Biscuits

Friday

Breakfast-Ham, Eggs, Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

Lunch- Ham and Cheese tortillas

Supper- Roast, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans

Saturday

Breakfast- Granola and  Goat Milk

Lunch- Leftover Quiche, Gourmet Potatoes, Green Beans

Supper-Snacks/Leftovers

Sunday
