2012-05-02_13-26-13_362

Today we made three loaves of Gluten Free Zucchini Bread, 8 half pints of Strawberry Jam and a double batch of Gluten Free Hushpuppy Mix.

Michaela (my oldest daughter who is 9 years old) was a great help with the Strawberry Jam as well as helping with the little ones while we worked on our projects.

We made a double batch of the Gluten Free Hushpuppy Mix because I usually use 2/3 of one batch of the mix each time I make hushpuppies. I have not made them a lot recently, but it is something we do love to have from time to time especially with some fried tilapia, trout, or other fish!

Tomorrow we are going to try to get our goat milk used before it goes bad. I am saving money right now for a cream separator so I can more easily make butter. If you know of any one who has a decent one at an affordable price, please let me know! For now, I am sticking with cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and yogurt.

Also, for tomorrow we are going to try the waffles! I really do not like to make them because it takes so much time. However, my children are begging for them and are promising to help, so we should have fun!
