I made two Beefy Jalapeno Corn Bakes. I did not mean to bake both of them. However, I still plan on putting one in the freezer. The other one we ate for supper.
I did not get to make any cheese or yogurt today as we did not have quite enough milk. I am sure I will have to make some one day. I did get an apple crisp made for supper, in fact, it is still in the oven!
