Well, I did not get to can my cream of celery soup again! I have been busy getting things ready for company which should be here in a few minutes! I will try to do all of my canning on Thursday or Friday depending on when they leave. I did get three more loaves of rice flour bread made so we will have plenty for this week for us and for the company. If we do not go anywhere, then I should get tomorrow’s list completed, we will just have to wait and see and play it by ear. I should also add, my ten year old made some homemade chocolate almond goat milk ice cream over the weekend for me for Mother’s Day! It was fantastic! He made up the recipe, but I plan to do the same thing he did this week when I try to make it again. OR I may just let him make it!
