Gluten Free Leftover Quiche Recipe

1- 9inch pie crust (premade or homemade) (optional)
1 3/4 cup steak, chopped (can also use ground beef or roast, lamb, chicken, pork, or turkey may also be substituted)
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbs. flour
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tbs. steak sauce or BBQ sauce
1/8 tsp. each dill weed, dried basil, and dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups (8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese)
Sprinkle beef and onions into the crust. In a bowl, beat the flour and eggs until smooth. Add milk, steak sauce and seasonings; beat until smooth. Stir in cheese. Pour into crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until center is set.
