1- 9inch pie crust (premade or homemade) Optional! You can make this without a crust!
1 3/4 cup leftover taco meat from tacos from lunch
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbs. flour
3/4 cup milk
2 cups (8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese)
Sprinkle beef and onions into the crust (if using). In a bowl, beat the flour and eggs until smooth. Add milk, ; beat until smooth. Sprinkle Cheese on top of meat and onions. Pour into crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until center is set.
