Monday Menu from the Farm

Monday
  • Breakfast- Leftover Oatmeal from weekend, Scrambled Eggs
  • Lunch- Leftovers from weekend
  • Supper-  Organic Whole Chicken, Greens, pinto beans, and cornbread , greens, and stewed tomatoes
Tuesday
  • Breakfast-Egg and Cheese Omelet with Onion and Green Pepper
  • Lunch- Chicken Salad made with leftover Chicken
  • Supper- Shredded Roast Beef, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans
Wednesday
  • Breakfast- Homemade Granola with Goat Milk
  • Lunch- Peanut Butter, Celery, Raisins, Cheese
  • Supper- Spaghetti Casserole, GF Garlic and Cheese Herb Biscuits, Salad
Thursday
  • Breakfast- Grits, fried eggs, goat milk
  • Lunch- Homemade Pizzas
  • Supper- Leftovers
Friday
  • Breakfast- Children’s Choice
  • Lunch- Cowboy Baked Beans, cheese biscuits
  • Supper- Bean Soup and cornbread
Saturday
  • Brunch- Pancakes, Bacon, Maple Syrup, Jam/Jelly
  • Lupper- Hamburgers, homemade fries, green beans
Sunday
Leftovers from the week or whatever is quick and easy!
