In March, I posted about a Gluten Free Sour Dough Bread starter which I began. Well, I am here to update you! It was a flop! I used Rice Flour for the gluten free flour. It just never seemed to do its “thing” no matter what I was doing or how many times I attempted it. I hope to try it with a different flour soon. For, now my experimentation is finished!
