GF Chicken Salad Recipe

Chicken, shredded or cubed and no bones

1/3 cup (may need more or less)

Squash Pickles (or use other pickle relish)

1/2 cup sour cream (add more if needed)

1 small garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with lettuce or celery and carrots and rice cakes or rice or corn tortillas.
