The 2012 Gluten Free Vendor Fair and Expo is fast approaching!! Here is just a sampling of the vendors that have confirmed so far........

Also lined up are a few guest speakers: Dr. Youhanna Al-tawil of GI for Kids will talk about Celiac Disease, Samir Kahwash a Pathologist will be discussing diagnosis evaluation and Don Walker, compounding Pharmacist, will be discussing gluten free medications. Sandy Altizer, RD, LDN will be available to answer questions about dietary modifications and the gluten free diet.
For our cooking demonstrations, we are excited to welcome back Chef Walter of Food City and we look forward to introducing you to Chef Sandy of Gourmet Garden.
