Every Friday Earth Fare offers a free coupon for some item in the store via Twitter. It is only good on Friday. This week the coupon is for a free 1/2 gallon of Earth Fare milk with ANY purchase! There are many very inexpensive things at the registers. You can also get a piece of fruit or use a coupon for a free item they sale and you could get it for totally free!
